Khristine Neal

I’ve always had the dream of owning my own business, being able to give back to the community, helping others, and genuinely making a positive impact in the world. I was born in Belize but spent most of my childhood, about 10 years, in Long Beach, California. My family then relocated to Houston where I lived for 8 years and about 3 years ago, I made the move to Dallas. At the age of 11, my family experienced Homelessness and it was rather a life-changing event. Then about 6 years ago, when I had just moved to Dallas, life took an unexpected turn, and my dog, Kaiser, and I were homeless. I share this so that others can understand where my drive, discipline, vision, and dedication come from, not only for myself but for those around me. When it comes to my personal goals, I want to open several Homeless Housing Communities so that we can fight this ongoing problem. Pinnacle Legacy Inc has not only given me the opportunity to achieve this goal, it’s taught me about: marketing, leadership, networking, how to make and achieve goals, and how to grow not only myself but others as well. I’ve found a passion in helping those around me grow into the best version of themselves. I look forward to the opportunities and partners to come.

Camila Vidales

I was raised in Coahuila, Mexico, and moved to Texas at the age of 16 with a strong desire to build a life that allowed me to help others. With a natural passion for giving back to the community, I pursued this career as a way to use my skills to amplify the voices of organizations that make a positive impact. I was thrilled by the opportunity to work with Pinnacle Legacy and grow into a transformative force for good, because I’ve always been driven by the belief that work should be meaningful and contribute to the greater good. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, often reading books in peaceful parks or under the shade of a tree with a cup of coffee or tea. I also have a deep love for live entertainment, frequently attending concerts, theater productions, and community events to embrace the arts and support local talent. Balancing a career dedicated to helping others with their personal passions, I am always seeking ways to grow, learn, and give back to both my community and the world at large.

Isabel Nguyen

My name is Isabel Nguyen, I was born in Orange County, California. I was attracted to Pinnacle Legacy because I always wanted to help people. My previous work experiences have always been customer service facing. Throughout my career I would hear many stories and see glimpses of people’s lives. It drove me to want to help people in a more direct way, and that was how I found myself here at Pinnacle Legacy. When I first started, I got promoted within my first week at the company and I am now in a Leadership position. Each day I am striving to be 1% better and my goal is to always help others succeed while I am building my own career. A little fun fact about me, I played the piano for 10 years and I used to play tennis as well. My ultimate goal in life is to retire my parents and to keep enjoying the small things in life. Working at Pinnacle Legacy has given me the opportunity to achieve those goals and to continue to set new goals to meet!

Belyn Beville

My name is Belyn Beville, I am from the DFW area. Pinnacle Legacy, attracted me so much because of the collaborative office environment that fosters growth, where mentorship and continuous learning are at the core of our success. I have a passion for travel and embracing new life experiences, always seeking opportunities to broaden my perspective and grow both personally and professionally. I am driven to acquire diverse experiences and refine my expertise to grow into a strong, inspiring leader. My focus is on continuous improvement, both personally and professionally, to lead with confidence and empower those around me.

Tinu Bolarin

For the longest, I have been driven by a dedication to being a good steward of all the resources and opportunities I have been given. I am passionate about innovating within the spaces I’m in, and creating opportunities for and making a meaningful impact on the people around me.
I consider myself a third culture kid; I was born in Nigeria, yet called Aleppo, Syria my first home for the first 12 years of my life. Due to my parents seeking better opportunity for our family and my siblings, as a young teenager, I moved to Italy, where I called home for 6+ years. Upon graduating high school, I moved to the U.S. to pursue a degree in Biomedical Engineering in order to follow my passion of helping people through medicine and technology. Shortly after graduating, I earned a Masters degree in Systems Engineering & Management. Aside from an academic and professional career in engineering, I have always had interests in performing arts and social entrepreneurship and making an impact within the intersection of the two.
During my master’s program, through courses in marketing, innovation, entrepreneurship, and operations management, I uncovered a desire to be an entrepreneur while also creating opportunities for others. I am especially interested in the intersection of business, technology, and social impact and plan to invest in startup ideas that combine health, technology, and social entrepreneurship.
Here at Pinnacle Legacy, I am honored to be a part of a company that provides value to non-profits, invests in its people while also creating opportunity for the team and the community around us. I also am excited to continuously grow in my expertise in marketing, leadership, and business development in order to bring value to non-profits, the community at large and my friends and family.
